Guy Brand Law Office was established in 2010 and provides comprehensive legal services in the fields of Immigration and Labor Law. Our office's founding goal was to use all legal means to fight unjustified policies carried out towards foreign nationals as well as the clear abuse and disregard of the basic human rights entitled to everyone, both by the government and by individuals.
Our office specializes in issues of obtaining legal status in Israel, including "mixed couples" and family reunification, foreign workers, Israeli children, the Law of Return, permanent residents of East Jerusalem and Humanitarian appeals. Our office represents individual cases, such as applications for entry visas, work permits in Israel and employment permits for foreign experts. In addition, our office represents refugees and asylum seekers in the asylum application process and summons to Holot detention facility.
Our office also provides legal representation in the field of Labor and Employment Law, including in issues of workers' rights, termination of employment and regular representation of both employers and employees in the Labor Courts. Our office has special expertise in cases of Caregivers.
Our office provides comprehensive representation and assistance before the relevant authorities throughout the whole legal process, including representation in front of courts and tribunals.
Our office is well prepared to provide 24-hours emergency services, such as release from detention (custody), including Airport detention facility release (Refused Entry to Israel and Deportation Orders).
Attorney Guy Brand
Attorney Guy Brand joined the Israeli Bar Association in 2008, after completing his studies in Law and Business Administration in the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzelia. After interning in the field of Tort and Civil Suits, he turned to defending human rights, and established the office in 2010. Since then, the office has represented foreigners before the Israeli authorities in Constitutional and Administrative cases and successfully handled numerous Employment and Labor Law files.
Attorney Noa Diamond
Attorney Noa Diamond completed her Law studies in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem alongside with a combined degree in Philosophy, Economics and Political Science. She joined the Israeli Bar Association in 2010 after interning for the Israel Religious Action Center. Prior to joining Guy Brand Law Office, she worked in Hamoked: Center for the Defense of the Individual, where she represented East Jerusalem residents in cases of family reunification and other issues of status and permits.
Attorney Diamond is a member of the board of Hotline for Refugees and Migrants.
Attorneys Brand and Diamond are graduates of The HIAS Michael B. Rukin Refugee Law Fellows Program training course. Our office also serves as a consult to other fellows in the program, due to its experience in the field.
